Avoid at all cost they will suck you in and take your winnings. I have had over 15,000 removed from my account with the reason stating "Agent Payment" The owner Jonathon Joseph Fernandez and a crook. He took my winnings and used it for his payroll. I have a screen shot of one of the big deductions from my account he used for his pay roll. They will same some BS like "sharp action", industry standards and other reasons to rob ya! Be careful.

Their customer service phone number is disconnected but the website will still let you deposit and bet. No option to withdraw, however. Sent emails. No response. Avoid this site.

They won’t pay me, their management team won’t respond to payout requests. I was not labeled a sharp bettor like all the other reviews here and was told numerous times I was recreational. I Deposited a few thousand dollars over time due to the nice bonuses. Don’t bother playing here because they will avoid you being paid out. They owe me $3500.

I made two deposits on this sportsbook. When I tried to withdraw my money, they simply told me that I am a “sharp” bettor, without any justification, just because I was betting only NHL moneylines. They said they would return my money, but they haven’t done so, and they don’t even respond to my messages. They are a scam. Be careful. Do not create an account with them because they will take your money. To this day, I keep messaging them and they continue to ignore me.

They completely scammed me. Stole everything I sent them, told me I was a sharp even though I lost 5 or 6 deposits, but somehow when I won a little now I'm a pro or something. They will always justify not paying out by arbitrarily labelling anyone who wins as a sharp. Then they said they would refund my last deposit (not the other 5 of course, guess they get to keep all those in addition to the winnings from my last one) but it's been 3 weeks and haven't sent anything whatsoever. Do not give these crooks your money, PLEASE. They are bottom feeders and parasites stealing from society, and they will get their karma.

They stole my money and never paid me out I won 9k. They said they would send me my deposit and never did. Do not use this book! If you win at all they will close your book and not give you money. I took - odds the whole time and was just betting on hockey. Theres no way I was "sharp". I will be writing a review everyday until they pay me my 9k.

This book is rigged. They entice you with a big bonus and come up with all these crazy terms that make it impossible for you to get a payout. Then you finally reach those terms to get a payout, the change the terms up again on you. They are not honest about their rollover policy. They change it up on you whenever they feel like. I wouldn't ever play with them ever again.
