Great thanks good communication That’s twice you failed me your system is stinks wags is no good twice you did not set me up with a walker I will comment greatly on Facebook what poor service you give all my friends will be told. My pet club will be told of your poor service, I repeat poor service and you had the nerve to charge me for the service you are bad

If you want to constantly worry if your dog will actually get walked or not, or you enjoy spending vacations calling everyone you know to let your dog out because the walker cancelled last minute (again), then wag is for you.

This is a great company. My friend told me about them. My dog is so happy with the walks. They are on time and the people are really nice. I had back surgery and I don’t know what I would do without them!

No one EVER walks my dog but my family - I booked Anthony last minute and was a wreck about doing this - he was AMAZING! professional, prompt and detailed with comments about my dogs 60 minute walk. I definitely wore him out with my texts and communication trying to micromanage this experience - he knew just how to handle me :)

My dog walker lost my house key on a busy sidewalk! As a result I had to have all my locks changed at a considerable expense. This is outrageous and I hope Wag will honor their promise to me to compensate me for the expense and inconvenience of this mess.

Cody was on time. Took our rambunctious dogs for a long walk and returned them on time. He was polite and friendly and able to handle our crazy dogs.
