Loved the service I’m definitely booking again

Used Wag to find a cat sitter. Everything went well and I will use them again.

I'm wondering if this company really exists at all. I contacted them twice, once last winter and once yesterday. On both occasions, I needed someone to walk my dog because of bad weather, and gave at least 24 hours notice. I had the same experience both times also: they were not able to find anyone to do the job, but they didn't let me know at all until the very last minute this morning. If I'd known that there would be no option at all with them I would've been able to contact one of the many many other services available in this area. Of course, they held on to my credit card information for all the months that I have not used them--for billing purposes, they were completely on top of that. A big disappointment.

Used to be great but now totally sucks. Just like Uber and Lyft have degraded due to Covid. There are NO WALKERS available when you need them, their app is super clunky and outdated (always has been, but forgivable as the service actually worked) Sad to see this once great company and great service become unreliable. Will need to go back to old fashioned neighborhood dog walkers.

Great sitter will definitely use again

Colleen was great to our dopey boy. Without being asked she shared pictures of him daily, which was appreciated. She has her own furry family, and I loved that they were all very friendly. Fire got along great with her dog, and even got to meet his first ferret! When we dropped Fire off, she and her partner were super welcoming and gave us tips on some places to hike in the area since we're still somewhat new. I try not to need a pet sitter often, but if I do I know I can trust Colleen to take care of him.
