Love the quick response in getting a last minute dog walker when work takes a turn on the day. So grateful!

Made leaving for the day much more manageable and left me feeling less guilty knowing my sweet boy was taken care of without having to leave his home.

Sarah and Bay have both been friendly to me—but more importantly they have been friendly to my dog. He doesn’t like too many people so it’s nice that he likes them.

The staff was very attentive and helpful to my customized dog walking request. I appreciated all the time that was spent trying to help find me the best arrangement.

I used this service in the past with little issue, but it only takes one bad experience. A little over month ago I adopted a second pup. This was the first walk I scheduled for both the dogs together. And NO ONE was ever assigned the walk nor was I ever notified that no one would be assigned the walk. I walked the dogs late before I left home and came home to find my recent adoptee had defecated in his crate and was covered in urine and feces. I spent hours cleaning my animals because of course if it’s on one it’s on both and my home. I reached out to Wag customer service and they said “oops sorry, I guess no one was available. Can I schedule another walk for you.” I felt awful coming home to see the shape they were in. It was devastating.

Walkers should be mindful of removing their shoes upon entering owners home! The dogs food should be only given if directed on that day otherwise don’t search owners refrigerators or cabinets!!! Or carry dog’s bowl to the dog from kitchen to living room. If directed to do, it is ok! Some are not walking my dog 20 minutes. I have timed them!
