Very disappointed in every aspect of this service. It was difficult to get a needed schedule time, and I was charged for service that was never received. Still have received a refund, and I honestly do not expect to see one. There are other service providers out there that do a much better job.

I give WAG the poorest ratings
I give WAG the poorest ratings. They randomly try and charge your card when you haven't booked anything in months. You cannot delete your card out of the profile. This has happened 3 times now within 5 month period. They claim they deleted my accounts to prevent this but yet they still Randomly will charge me. At this point it's fraud.

My first and last time using Wag the…
My first and last time using Wag the walker lost the key to my apartment. She claimed she placed it back under the mat and when she returned from walking my dog the key had disappeared...this just didn’t make much sense to me! I ended up having to leave the location I was early so I could let my dog back in. I would’ve liked the service if this mishap didn’t occur. She sent me video and picture updates during the walk and there was a gps tracker so I could see the length and location of the walk. Unfortunately the key mishap left a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be using wag again.

I'm a professional dog trainer in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and I applied to be a Wag! walker since I already spend much of my free time walking dogs at the local Humane Society - just as a volunteer - so I figured I might as well earn a few bucks for the same activity.
Wag! made an error on my application and did not follow up with me to my satisfaction, so now I work as a walker/dogsitter for their competitor, Rover, instead.
From my limited experience, Wag! seems not to be managed very well, and declines to take responsibility for anything. I like Rover very much, and I think the people at Rover are higher-quality than the kids at Wag!, but honestly, I would suggest using a family member, a small local business or a friend from your personal life to look after and walk your dog, if you need that sort of help. Local help just seems like the more trustworthy, sensible option.
Personally, when I have to go away, I board my dogs with my veterinarian clinic. It costs more, but my dogs are my life, so the peace of mind is worth it, for me.
Best to you and your furry families!

common sense and it’s great....
Well after reading lots of reviews I went ahead and tried it anyway... I noticed people mostly complain about the problems they kinda brought on themselves... like muzzled wrong dog, ( why do any need one, if they are biting they might want to not use this walking service) anyway I am loving this service, I use the ASAP walks often and they have always found me a walker within the hour... schedule walks are always on time and the pictures I get during the walks are great... I can look at the map and ALWAYS know where my baby is and I can live chat to make sure she is fine! And I don’t worry about wagers in my home because I have cameras and if they were to do something wrong that’s what police are for! So common sense goes a long way, and wag has been great for us!

Stolen items from home
Usually no problems. Had a walker the other day that stole two random bottles of brand new Victoria’s Secret body spray that was on a display shelf in my bedroom. I’m worried about that person taking other random things from people’s homes. Emailed wag for support. Won’t use again and now i will need a new lock box. This broke my trust.

Disappointing Customer Service
Long story short I loved this app until one of the walkers locked my keys in my house and therefore locked me out of my house. Tried to get reimbursed for the locksmith I had to call. The person I was in contact with from wag told me she was unable to verify that I had received the locksmith services even though I was clearly l pled out of my house as well as sent her the invoice from the locksmith. About 3 weeks later I was charged for the “premium” subscription which I had forgotten I initiated before this incident. When I called to see if I could at least get that refunded I was told that it was none refundable. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told “they will tell you the same thing” so all in all that one walk cost me around $135
***Update. After reading this review Wag reached out to me to issue a refund
