I work and get called in quite a lot. It’s so nice to be able to count on wag to walk my dog last minute if I can’t make it home. Also, going on a vacation? I love not putting my dog in some boarding place and my dog is able to be cared for in the home of someone who will take care of him

Write your review for Wag! Preview Wag review Walker (Former Employee), San Francisco, CA – January 30, 2020 For the most part customer service is good. Recently I had a walking issue. The owner did not provide a trash can. Where does the owner expect us to pot the stool . he was in an area like a lot with free ways to both sides. So no public trash cans. I was told to carry the stool with me. Where in my purse? The owner had a dog that had a toy stuck to its mouth. But did not train her to leave it when needed.and got mad she dropped her toy . The owner was in Angry I had to walk uphill for 15 min but had a problem with me getting water from his sink. His faucet. The owner had a problem with me washing my hands in his sink after I gave his dog treats that were sticking. What a slave monster. And customer service didn't know customers from reality and didn't listen. Didn't do there job. Its good except when customer service is inexperienced. So normally its good. Except when I get Ill demeanored owners with inexperience customer reps.

I am very disappointed with Wag service today. I am recurring customer, scheduled for 2pm daily walk today, but was told 15 minutes before the scheduled time that the Walker cannot make it. I waited 5 hours for Wag to find another Walker with no success. Wag finally Canceled my scheduled walk without even notify me! My dog had to pee on the carpets inside the house due to Wag's inability and ignorance, I do not appreciate the way Wag handled the situation and the way it treated the recurring customer. I am waiting for Wag's response

I love this App. I work long hours at the hospital and my boyfriend works long hours at the Police department and we don’t have family to rely on to let our puppy out. When we found out about Wag it saved our lives! It is a breath of fresh air to have such nice and caring people come and take care of him while we are gone at work. I recommend this to anyone who is in a similar situation!!! I’ve had nothing but great experiences!

The actual local walkers are fantastic! The actual Wag customer service are rude and act like they don’t have the time of day to help you. My concerns were answered with accusations and a smart tone. I feel if they focused more on customer service they would benefit. Before my interaction with Wag customer service I was telling all my friends and family how great they were. They were signing up and one of my friends even signed up to be a dog walker with Wag. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I am happy they showed me their true colors before I kept using them. I will be using Rover or some other dog walking service now.
