Convenience is at a 10. Walkers are about a 5.
I love the convenience offered and the user friendly app utilized! I have had a slew of issues with the walkers, however.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service and I love knowing that my dog is safe and in good hands with competent walkers.

prohibitively expensive/no quality control
Sort of prohibitively expensive. Some walkers are significantly better than others. No way to change your payment method once the walk has begun.

Walkers have been great
Walkers have been great. Customer service a challenge and in the event a walker has to cancel it is chaos.

Easy to use and walkers so far have…
Easy to use and walkers so far have been reliable and friendly. One star off because the app is super buggy. Hard to use, hard to see information about upcoming walks and inaccurate - doesn't upload for live walks.
