I definitely would recommend WAG to any dog owner. Especially for us pet owners who would like the help but may hesitate due to concern. I love that all the walkers get a background check. I am a female so that was important to me. I do notice that all the walkers have a love and passion for what they do and are eager to help care or walk my 3 little waggie furry friends. I actually love WAG. They were a game changer for me.

Quality of staff, especially my dog walker Very positive aspects: Communication through app - following walk; alert about arrival of dog walker and end of walk Map of walk that includes duration, length, and route An email or phone number on the app would be helpful in the case of a last-minute schedule change, etc. I have had other dog walkers, none of which rose to the level of quality that is exemplified by Emily (your staff member) and your company has.

I would recommend WAG to any dog owner. I feel very comfortable with the dog walkers, as the dogs loved them right away. The walkers have all been obvious dog lovers. It's a nice adventure for the dogs and gives me a break, or chance to clean.

I'm sure its the area I'm in, but occasionally I get very delayed service. Otherwise its great. My dog gets walked and I have more time to get things done, and the service regularly offers discounts.
