Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Wag has been a life saver! The walkers all seem very knowledgeable and love dogs. I love being able to track Molli's walk, and I love the daily pictures of her. She's definitely more worn out when I get home in the evenings and saves me from having to take her on a run every night. The days she gets walked she just needs a short walk in the evening too. The lock box is very convenient. And the app is awesome! I'm so happy I found Wag!!!

Wag has been awesome! I recently started using it and its so easy and convenient. I know I can trust the walkers into my home but also take care of my dog. I work long hours so not to worry about my pup is a huge relief.

This app is so convininent and we have had such positive experiences with each of our walkers. Our dog who used to be hesitant of strangers always is so happy and over the moon after every walk!

I have a newborn at home and Wag has been a great opportunity to get our dog out of the house when I want feeling up to it. Every walker who has come has moved our dog and she comes back exhausted which is perfect since she's a puppy with a lot of energy!

I love wag . Makes it so easy

The Wag lockbox is great for those last-minute situations where you can't get home but need to walk and feed the dog so you can request a walker via the app. Wag walkers are great about sending photos and keeping owners updated. Most notifications come via text and not through the app itself, so be sure to update your phone # if you ever get a new number (you'll still be able to request walks if you forget to do this but the app won't notify you if the walker has an issue). One area of the app that could be improved is asking the user to periodically confirm that their phone # remains the same, as Twitter and other apps often do.

There are so many wonderful things about Wag! Of course you can schedule a walk for you pup but I absolutely LOVE the last minute WALK MY DOG NOW option. Wag has gotten me out of so many jams. The user experience is pretty fun. I didn't think I would care much when my dog pooped/peed on her walk but for some reason I think it's hilarious seeing the poop notification. I mean it's a given it's going to happen but being informed about her poops cracks me up. It's also fun and assuring knowing exactly where they are on the walk. Her favorite part of her walk is getting a piece of ice when she gets home and her walkers are always sure to not only give it to her but share with me how much she has enjoyed her walk and ice cubes. The level of trust I have in Wag with my kiddo means the world to me! I would like to mention that I gave four stars due to a couple mistakes on the back end....NOT with my pup. It seems Wag may be working out some kinks as they are a pretty new company. However, once notified about the mistakes, both times they were ON TOP OF righting their wrong. Customer communication is down right astonishing. Can't live without this crew! Love Ya Wag!

Wag is great. The walkers are excellent, provide a detailed review during and after the walk and the company is professional and response.
