The walkers are great - I like the app and the idea. The reason for 4 stars - I had a little back and forth with customer service and wasn't able to talk to a human. I received cryptic texts from someone that works in finance that was telling me I didn't pay for one of my walks, when I did. Had to have my dog walker send in a request - and kept going round and round. Anyway - other than that, I've had a great experience.

Wag! has been a huge lifesaver for us-- whether it is a scheduled walk or an on-demand one, we can be assured that our dog is getting the exercise and potty breaks she needs when we are away. Everyone we have dealt with through Wag! has provided excellent service, and their customer support is extremely responsive any time we have questions! We would highly recommend the service!

I love Wags! I always do last minute walks for my two dogs and they are so accommodating. Every walker we've had has been friendly and take the dogs on nice long walks. I plan on using their boarding option soon. My dogs love their Wag friends 🐶

Wag has been a great resource to have when I unexpectedly need a dog walker. As long as I know a few hours in advance, it's usually never a problem finding someone through the app. I've had pretty positive experiences with the walkers I've been paired with. One thing I'd recommend is a way to be able to request individual walkers instead of just having the preferred walker option. Whenever I ask for a preferred walker, they are never available. I'd rather ask for individual people and rank them in preference.
