I went through the drive through at Walgreens in Elkton today 10/10/24 around 1:oo p.m. in the afternoon to pick up prescriptions. I was shocked that the manager of the store and or corporate center would allow the young lady at the window to wear a tag to her shirt apx the size of a #9 envelope that read, Don't ask me, I just work here I don't know. what an immediate bad impression that gives as if Walgreen's don't have enough issues.

Have a problem every three months trying to get refills. Always have to call doctor because pharmacy has no accountability in their process. Say the refill has been denied when it hasn't, the doctor requires visit when he doesn't, screw up after screw up. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Find another pharmacy. Their commercials are pure propaganda.

Walgreens decided to police nyquil. I'm sick. I needed nyquil. My daughter came with me. But they wouldn't sell me nyquil because my 18 yr old didnt have her id. I went to cvs. Will not ever go to Walgreens for prescriptions or anything ever again. They have no right to police me and my right to over the counter medications.

Went to the Walgreens at 1300 14th Street SW in Loveland. Was scheduled to receive the current Covid and Flu Vaccines. The Pharmacist who administered them was genuinely caring, kind and very knowledgeable. The entire staff functioned happily together in a very professional manner. Doesn’t get better than that!!!

If I could give Walgreens zero stars, I would. The prescription service, both in-store and online, is an absolute disaster, and it's definitely time for me to find somewhere else. The in-store pharmacy is consistently slow, with incredibly long wait times. Even when I’ve called ahead or received a notification that my prescription is ready, I still end up waiting forever in line or find out that it's not actually ready. The staff seems overwhelmed and uninterested, making simple requests feel like a burden. They’ve even messed up my prescription multiple times, which is not only frustrating but downright dangerous. The website is no better—actually, it’s somehow worse. Trying to manage prescriptions online is like playing a losing game. The site is slow, unresponsive, and filled with glitches. My prescriptions disappear, the refill options are often unavailable, and getting any sort of assistance online is impossible. I’ve had orders canceled for no reason and been left scrambling to find the medication I need. It's clear that Walgreens just doesn't care about their customers' well-being. When it comes to something as important as prescriptions, reliability is key—and Walgreens fails miserably. I’ve had enough of the poor service and will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else where my health is actually a priority.

Nice people but slow. No respect for appointment times for shots. We arrived early, said in a few minutes, then 40 minutes later we received our shots. Sorry… we respected you by making an appointment. You should respect clients and your parent company by being on time. We visited the Canton Rd Cumming Georgia location

Wow I hate murisol! There is one on Ingersoll and it is my favorite store, decent prices for wholesome items, but murisol always is upset i buy anal lube! I don't hurt the girls I have sex with, most of the time its for adult toys! Murisol always looks at me mean, and she steals my stuff, and she used my nation's benefits part way to try to make me waste them, because they expire! I hate that rude lady!

I was refused service by the Pharmacy Manager! I called in to ask if I could buy some over the counter meds, as I tested positive for Covid. i DIDNT WANT TO INFECT ANYONE AND i WAS TOLD MY REQUEST WAS NO PROBLEM.. I got permission and drove to the store. She made me leave the drive through and come into the store while transmitting Covid to customers and employees. Then she started Telling lie after lie to cover up the fact she denied me service at the window, then after I called her out for her lies, she refused to take my credit card.
