The product(jewelry cabinet) is solid wood; the walnut, gold knob and hinges blend perfectly. The cabinet was well packaged and protected against shipping damage. The shipping time ,in my case, was 10 days. Customer service was responsive. Would buy again without hesitation. Warren

I didn't love these guys. This is all stuff you can find cheaper from other places online at the moment They were quick with customer service but still, when you can find the literal exact same products for cheaper if you know the right places to search, I just don't see the purpose for why I would go to this specific company to get it

Hi Dima, Thank you for sharing your feedback! At Walnut Addicted, we carefully select and inspect all our products before they go live on our website. Only the highest-quality pieces make it to our store, while lower-quality items are typically sold in bulk to other platforms. With solid wood, quality can vary quite a bit. That's why we focus on finding pieces with minimal color variation and beautiful grain patterns. We also offer after-sales support for any issues, like deformation caused by humidity or dryness—something cheaper alternatives often can’t provide. We’re glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our customer service, and we truly appreciate your understanding of the value we provide. Best, Walnut Addicted
