Nice house and follow-up
I'd stayed at a Wander property last year and it was great, so I booked again for last month. The experience wasn't quite as nice. The house itself was nice and had games and an indoor pool we enjoyed. There were issues with the water which I understand happens there from time to time. The AC acted up, but someone was sent to repair it before I even had a chance to report it. Due to the water problems, we left a day early, although they offered to move us to another location. We opted to pack up just once. I did voice my concerns with a representative from Wander who assured me they would make improvements and compensated us for the issues we experienced. Because they have so many wonderful properties and we travel quite a bit, I'm willing to give it another try for our next trip.
