I purchased a PRVKE bag a few years ago and it's been my day hike photography bag every since. It looks great and works well. I appreciate the roll top for stuffing in jackets as the day goes on. I recently had a small problem with the bag and WNDRD took care it right away. Very happy with the product and company.

I have owned 2 bags (prvke 31 & 21) for nearly 5 years and they have both served me well. When one of the bags had a small defect, it was swiftly taken care of by the manufacturer and their lifetime warranty. Thank you, and will continue to recommend and support wandrd!

The warranty is very impressive, very immediate reply for my claim. It'll be perfect if there are some cheaper shipping methods. By the way, enjoy using the PRVKE a lot

Thank you for your review, Kuen! We do all we can to get the very best shipping rates possible, and actually usually cover up to 50% of the actual price of the outbound shipping. We'll continue to look at ways to help in the future.

Product and Services (including warranty) I bough PRVK backpack two years ago. It's a very convenient bag for both photography and casual use. Also, worth mentioning company's support. I've submitted a warranty claim and got answer in 8 hours that my item will be replaced. To be honest, I was sceptical about lifetime warranty, but I'm happy that Wandrd has changed my mind. I ordered a new item and moreover bough more products. In particular tech bag and packaging cubes.

I got my PRVKE 21L in 2021 and have fallen in love with it ever since. It has been keeping my gear safe and secure while traveling, shooting, and using it daily. Unfortunately, after having gotten under a rain, I noticed that there is an issue with the zipper, detaching from the material it was holding onto. I read through the Warranty FAQ and contacted the support center to find a solution to the issue. Within less than 20 minutes one of the WANDRD team members reached out to me, providing all the necessary information and advising me to fill out the warranty claim form. Filled it all out, describing the issue, and submitted it. After 10 minutes I received an email, confirming that my claim falls under the warranty and therefore, my backpack can be easily replaced. I have just ordered my new PRVKE 21L and can't wait for it to be delivered. The whole customer support communication was so quick, polite, and simply on point. WANDRD has proven once again to be a great company not only by standing by its words for the product quality, mission, and warranty service but also by providing such a great experience and care in situations when customers need the support the most. I am absolutely speechless by the level of professionalism the WANDRD Team has shown today and not only. Thank you very much!

Super bag, really practical, full of useful pockets, and an exceptional after-sales service, I had to replace my bag after two years of use because a zip broke. thanks again
