I purchased a car seat cushion with a BMW logo on it for my wife's car. After using the cushion about ten times 1/2 of the logo pealed off. I have emailed customer service several times but get no reply. In other words, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF.

Do not order from this company. If you do give a month or so to receive it. Oh and don't bother with their customer service. Nice auto response. Then NOTHING horrible. Ordered a Christmas present for my parents I guess ordering in November wasn't early enough. NEVER again. Horrible

I ordered car seats. They look nothing like the picture and is actually missing the wording for the logo. I have tried to contact customer service 3 times and no one is responding at all.

So I ordered a product from their website. I never received an order confirmation or anything (except of course they rapidly took money off of my credit card so I knew the order went through) so I emailed them about a week later and said “hey I’m concerned because I never received a confirmation” and they emailed back stating that yes the order was on the way don’t worry about it. That was three weeks ago and my recent emails once again stating how uncomfortable it made me to not get a confirmation (made me wonder if it was even a legit website) have gone unanswered. I instructed them to just forget about it and to refund my money. Which of course has not happened. Their website makes me uneasy because of its simplicity (seems like a copy of a very basic web page template) but i just assumed it was legit.

I still have not received my order and I ordered it last month. I contacted wardrobetee. I got a automatic email saying they would contact me. I still haven’t gotten any answers or a email back from a representative to help me.

Where can I goto track my order, when I click tracking on the wardrobetee page it say "page not found" I'm very disappointed up to this point, there is also no contact number, you have my money and I don't have any information...

Not the right size and didn’t even give to an option to return or even exchange worse web site ever now I’m suck with something that doesn’t fit. I see how you con to get ur money on this site
