Thank you for your review. Logistics are tough in the US due to distances from the warehouse. It is great to hear we are managing to maintain the high standards we set ourselves!

I've been using their 22,000lbs winches for over 3 years on my medium duty roll-off dumpster trucks, pulling 10,000-15,000lbs dumpsters onto the trucks 5-12 per day for, like I said, over 3 years. Highly recommended.

Order was set to be delivered the 10th. Didn’t call to schedule until the 11th. Changed my day around so I could be there to sign since a signature was required then it was put on the wrong truck and rescheduled for tomorrow. I have know had to take off work 2 days in a row and hope it gets delivered tomorrow. This was time sensitive.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of the issues you have had with delivery. We will be investigating this to rectify the issues. The distances involved delivering from the warehouses to all over the USA can create unforeseen delays. We will do everything we can to identify the root cause and resolve any issues we find

Thanks for your great review and good to hear you are happy with the winch! Have you considered a winch cover to protect your winch from the elements when not in use
