I've kept the bulk of my financial dealings and transactions through Wasatch. I've always received excellent customer service. They've approved all of my loans, and at times when debit cards needed to be replaced they were immediately on it.

It took me a 2 years to straighten out my credit report with zero help from you. By the way it was your fault my credit report was dated and inaccurate. Your motto should be (I'M SORRY THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO HELP YOU). Keep in mind every time you change names it has a direct affect on your customers credit history. I have a direct deposit which comes to you the first 4 or 5 months every year. I can't change that but if I could I would no longer be a member. Once I receive that deposit I will withdraw the entire amount except for two cents. This will happen every year I'm alive.

I appreciate all you do to keep my money safe and easy to access. Thank You
