Mr. Maloy:
We wish you had a better mining experience in Kazakhstan. We appreciate customer feedback and are grateful for the opportunity to address your concerns. appreciate your feedback and certainly wish you had a better recognize that your experience with us has not been up to our standards. These issues stem from our past reliance on third party partners and hosting facilities, and we have cut ties with all such facilities in order to end our reliance on third parties and to take full control of our services and customer experiences going forward. Our records indicate that your units were hosted in Kazakhstan, and like many others you were affected by this unprecedented situation.
As indicated by your review, your experience has been less than ideal. We have actively worked on a solution and maintained constant communication and full transparency with all affected customers and have sent out numerous official communications. All of our customers who had miners hosted in Kazakhstan were offered several options, including a buyout, via official communication in the form of this letter:

We also hosted a live Q&A session via Zoom, where customers were given the opportunity to voice their concerns and ask us questions, which were in turn answered in real time by our President and the head of our Customer Service team. We would also like to point out that all customers are provided with serial numbers for miners purchased through us, and we keep detailed records of all miners and all documentation pertaining to those units. However, some of these documents, such as foreign customs declarations, are internal company records that cannot be shared with the public. There are a number of affected customers that are collaboratively sharing false and unfounded accusations such as the ones stated in your review.
Undoubtedly, your feelings pertaining to the KZ situation are valid. Having said this, you fully own all of your miners, and were offered several options, including a buyout or relocation of your units. Our legacy reliance on third parties has directly affected our customers and brand reputation, and our immediate goal is to remove the possibility for such negative experiences to reoccur by completing a full move to the US.
