My hair never turned out this straight and soft. I have natural curls which makes my hair super frizzy. With normal straighteners my hair turns wavy right after straightening but with the Wavytalk steam sesh it literally stays straight and sleek for almost a week. I’m super happy about my purchase and would always recommend it!

I was wrong because I didn't read return policy! That being said I've never and I mean never encountered a return policy such as yours. Shame on me again for not readying the return policy BUT shame on you have having customers having to pay for a return. I packaged said product up and went to UPS and USPS and found it would be 10-12 dollars to return your product. Unfortunately I'll be keeping a product I can't use! Because of your policy IF someone should ask my opinion on your company I'll be telling them I'd not order from you company. Laura Truman

Unit would not power on. The box had remnants of a USPS label. I believe it had probably been returned and then they just sent the defective unit to me. Costing me an additional $27 shipping for return I won't get back. Save your money or buy from Amazon where returns are free!!!

To be honest the whole process was smooth and worry-free, the package arrived in time and was perfectly fine. As to the product, it's literally my new favorite thing, it's so practical. It made drying my hair so fast and then it's even easier to style it and as someone with wavy hair, i can wear it natural or have a beautiful blowout with just one tool, which is AMAZING ! I'm actually planning on bying another one for my sisters because it's so good!
