Hubert and Jamal were wonderful, very kind and professional. They were able to come a little early which was very helpful and took care of all the moving efficiently and carefully. really happy with everything.

Mike and Walter were helpful, courteous and expedient in their delivery. I appreciate how important good customer service is to this company, and have yet to have a bad personal interaction with any of their staff. If you are looking for a good door-to-door storage solution, Livible is an excellent choice.

Nate and Kevin were very friendly and professional. They efficiently tagged all of my items and filled me in on how storing with them works. Then, they took all of my things out to the truck. They took about 20 minutes to process all 15 of my items. Overall, a great experience, and I am looking forward to drop-off when my storage time is over.

The best way to store anything in Boston. Patryk gave me a heads up right on time before he arrived, carefully took each box and item, and did all the work to load them up in his van/truck (which is surprisingly Aesthetic). I had extra boxes than initially planned and that was no problem. Thank you!

Excellent experience with the ace team of Brandon, Nick,Kenrick, Su and Chase. These guys were first rate! They were efficient, careful and helpful.
