WebDesign Creators website name threw Free Claude.ai, it will tell you the address is fake, they are Not in the US, they use shell merchants that also use fake address to process your payment like Creative Logic Center & Innovative ani. There 100% money back guarantee is Worthless! The only guarantee is that they are lying.

I am a U.S. Air Force veteran, physician, and Parkinson’s advocate who hired Web Design Creators believing they were a reputable, Texas-based company. In truth, they operate out of Pakistan using fake American names and a rented mailbox in Austin to deceive customers. The first project went well and was done as agreed. I was told I would need a “dedicated server” and paid over $5000 for that and lifetime maintenance. I was charged over $20,000 for services that were either never completed or delivered far below promised standards. I later found out my dedicated server was shared with over 200 other domains. They repeatedly pressured me into more payments under emotional manipulation — even blaming my actions (disputing charges for work not completed) for their pregnant employee losing her job because she had stood up for me. I was also charged 8.25% “use tax” on every invoice, despite no evidence of tax compliance with Texas authorities. Their responses to my multiple attempts to clarify what the tax is has been my comic relief through all this. This is more than bad business. It’s deception at scale. If you are considering hiring them, do your due diligence, protect your domain names. I would have left it alone and walked away, but after the incessant insults, and gaslighting by their CEO, a man who goes by the alias, “Daniel Smith” I decided I needed to speak up. I highly recommend this company to the FTC, the Texas Attorney General, and any Cybercrime investigators and you should too if you have experienced similar difficulties.

Mark Daniels and Mick Baros at Web Design Creators were very helpful in getting my website changed from an old domain to a new one. They were kind and courteous and very attentive letting me know what was going on every step of the way.

Website Design Creators finished and launched my website last week & I've got to tell you, they (Nick Baros and Mark Daniel's) did a fantastic job. They were able to Go back in Internet history and retrieve photographs that were on my previous & now defunct website. I highly recommend for anyone seeking to have a top notch website designed & hosted.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW - CALLED THE COMPANY TODAY 3/26 - AGAIN I WAS TOLD THE MAN'S NAME WAS "RYAN HILLS" - HE HAD A HEAVY ACCENT AND IS NOT AMERICAN - I ASKED HIM WHY THEY CLAIM OFFICES IN TEXAS WHEN WE HAVE PROVEN THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY - HE COULDN'T RESPOND. WHEN I ASKED FOR THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE HE REFUSED AND HUNG-UP - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE LIARS. UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW - FLAGGED AND PULLED BY TRUSTPILOT CLAIMING IT HAD BEEN, "DEFAMATORY". (We have been trying to explain to TrustPilot that one cannot "Defame" a person who uses a fake name, nor a company who makes false claims, uses fake addresses and posts fake reviews. TODAY - MARCH 13 - WE PHONED THIS COMPANY AND SPOKE TO A MAN CLAIMING TO BE: "RYAN HALES" - HE HAD AN ACCENT SO I ASKED IF THAT WAS HIS REAL NAME - AND THEN HE SAID HE WAS FROM "AUSTIN TEXAS" - THIS COMPANY HAS NO OFFICES OR LEGAL PRESENCE IN TEXAS, OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE U.S. AT THE SAME TIME, I BEGAN A CHAT ON THEIR WEBSITE WITH A NAME: "DANIEL SMITH" (Again folks, these people use fake names and when you ask they will lie. They all have obvious accents and use names that people will have you believe they are "American". We do not care where anyone is from, but these people are lying to fool the public so they can steal.) I ASKED THIS PERSON WHERE THE COMPANY WAS TRULY LOCATED AND HE FAILED TO RESPOND. WHEN I TOLD THEM WE FELT THEY WERE COMMITTING FRAUD BY LYING ABOUT THEIR NAMES AND LOCATONS AND THAT WE HAD PROVEN THEIR FIVE STAR REVIEWS ON TRUST PLOT WERE ALL FAKED - HE BECAME INSULTING AND RUDE - HE WROTE - AND I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT OF THIS TO PROVE IT - "Shut up you filthy asian." THIS ALONE SHOULD GET THEM PULLED COMPLETELY FROM TRUST PILOT AND EVERYWHERE ELSE. RACISM SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. THESE ARE LYING CRIMINALS. REVIEW POSTED LAST WEEK - AIMED AT PROTECTING THE PUBLIC FROM FRAUD -REMOVED BY TRUSTPILOT: "WE HAVE TRIED TO ENGAGE THIS COMPANY TO… WE HAVE TRIED TO ENGAGE THIS COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY ARE LEGIT. THEY APPEAR TO NOT TO BE. BE CAREFUL. I JUST SPOKE AND CHATTED WTH A MAN CLAIMING TO BE "CODY BROWN", YET HAD A NOTICABLE FOREIGN ACCENT. WHEN ASKED, HE SAID HE WAS FROM AUSTRALIA. HIS ACCENT WAS NOT AUSSIE. BUT I ASKED HIM FOR HIS LOCATION AND HE SAID THEY HAVE OFFICES AT THE AUSTIN TX LOCATION ON THEIR WEBSITE - THEY DO NOT. HE LIED. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS ROUTED. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE U.S. WHAT IS EVEN MORE TELLING, IS THAT THE REVIEWS HERE, ALL POSITVE, SEEM TO BE FAKE, AS WE CAN'T LOCATE AY OF THESE PEOPLE.
