The doctor had absolutely no bedside manner at all. He was very abrupt and short in his interactions and I felt like I was being interrogated. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a prescriber.

When I first go on the website, it says it will be &39.99 after I put in all my information, then it says it’s $49.99. The doctor calls me, and spends all of 3 minutes on the phone with me. He prescribed me a medication that I cannot afford. In the end it would of been the same amount to actually be seen by a doctor. I had something going on with my throat and I have the flu. He prescribed me something for the flu but nothing from my throat. If I would’ve seen a real doctor at least he could’ve checked my vitals, and touch my throat.

Friendly and professional, but dr did not call in the eye drop prescription that I thought we discussed on the phone; only an oral antibiotic.

I used MDProactive with chat and pictures sent for an infected cut on my arm. On the upside, the Dr did prescribe an antibiotic and some cremes (1 antibiotic ointment & 1 steroidal creme) right away. However, after using these, the condition worsened tremendously: swollen 2x, inflamed, etc. After being on them for 4 days I had to go to an ER where they told me I never should have been using a steroid creme on that type of infection, it only worsens it, and that the antibiotic prescribed was highly inadequate. So while the online process went smoothly, the Dr did a terrible job. He was very polite, but his accent was quite strong and difficult to understand, and he clearly prescribed the wrong things for me.

the ad said 3995 but after creating the account and logging in there was no 3995 button but they're surely was a 4995 button and the doctor told me that's cuz I checked the wrong box but they're apparently there was no right box so not happy with deceit right off the top

I had been using another line but thought of trying something else. Unfortunately I shoulda stuck with what was working. For me I wont be buying this product again.

I was supposed to get a prescription for generic viagra. The doctor didn’t write it for generic and my insurance wouldn’t cover the $185.00 cost. Very disappointed. The doctor told me he would write the prescription for generic.

The doctor was short — said antibiotic & prescribed over the counter meds a typical pharmacist would. I had to push to get more.
