I requested a quantity of meds on my prescription that wasn't filled in the amount I requested. I wanted to receive 90 pills so I wouldn't have to pay again and again for another visit. I don't think it's fair to take advantage of people. That wasn't fair.

I paid more than I thought I was going to for a simple prescription refill....and then I was only given a 60 day supply. The whole thing was more expensive than just finding a GP.

I really needed a prescription bad for drops! I was really encouraged about the entire process until I called the pharmacy. Even with the coupon the drops were like $230 what in the world. Needless to say I got no help from my appointment because pharmacy wanted me to get another script for something less expensive and I had no way to call back or get further assistance with another script.

My doctor asked me to make a follow up consultation appt in 3 or 4 weeks. I'm trying to do that now, but there's no option to do so. My only option is to schedule a new consultation; I have no confidence that I'll get the same doctor, and I should NOT have to fill out the form again with all of the same information including what I wish to be seen about. There should be a one click "follow up" option about the same issue with the same doctor. This seems obvious.

My experience was disappointing. The only positive was the quick response. I described a dental issue, I included the requested photo and a detailed description of my problem. I expected to speak with a dentist. Instead I received a call from an MD who asked me all the questions I had already answered, prescribed an inneffective antibiotic and an improper dosage. After 3 days without any sign of improvement I visited a local dentist who explained what was wrong with the prescription. The dentist prescribed the correct antibiotic with proper dosage and I noticed dramatic improvement within 24 hours. I would not use the service again.

The doctor was very curt and seemed like he wanted to get to the next patient. It felt like that I am wasting his time.

It was ok, but the rep was on his car there was a lot of noise and was not listening to what I was trying to explain. I felt that he was busy doing other stuff and not 100% on the call.

The doctor did call me within an hour and prescribed something for my problem but the med was not covered on my insurance and cost almost $300, so the pharmacy tried to get the doc to change and he would never call them back. I made three attempts to reach the doc to change the RX but there was never a reply....so 2 stars. I had to buy the very expensive med with no option .
