Call was prompt and helpful. He did not ask if we had any more questions - seemed in a hurry to get off the phone. Hard to understand his accent. It got the job done, and I was thrilled not to have to go into the doctor's office when I felt so yucky.

This is an awesome service, particularly when you realize you have a urinary tract infection after hours and just want the antibiotics! I will say that I would not have called them if I had not already done one of the urine dipsticks that confirmed I had white blood cells in my urine. The only drawback was I had a little trouble understanding the provider because of a thick accent.

I love being able to get basic scrips and not going anywhere. 😜. The only issue I ever have is waiting for the scrip to be filled. I wish I got a confirmation that the scrip was called in, a couple of times I’ve called the pharmacy to check on it and they have no orders for it yet. I don’t know if that’s the pharmacy or the doc? But, I can’t get ahold of the doc to check without being charged another consultation fee.

Used this company and was very pleased. I just hate that they do not dispense pain meds. When you have a DR's prescription that should confirm that you are in pain and he or she has given this medicine to you for that, should be no questions ask. It's hard just to get a local DR's prescriptions for pain meds filled. I think it is a individual and DR authority, the pharmacy make money and should not have a say in with they might feel it. As long as they get paid specially if they have insurance. I have Cancer and do you think these pharmacies care, hell NO !!!!!! If everything is legal and in order there should be no questions...

Super convenient and reasonable cost. Only thing is they are limited as to what they can treat, as stated on the site.
