Terrible
I paid up front, they disappeared for 4 days - my grievance got their attention - i gave them a second chance (dumb) and it got worse. They gave a written conformation fior a refund in 48 hrs - nothing (2 weeks) but excuses and dishonesty.

Dear Mr. Paul, Thank you so much for sharing your concern directly on our open talk platform, I would like to mention details about your project as your project with us had a turnaround time of 48 - 72 Business Working Hours, our team was in the process of providing you with your initial drafts when we received a notice from your bank without warning which undermines our company policy, even then we were willing to work on your project without hindrance, please kindly do mention that ALL your funds were transferred back into your accounts following the proper banking timelines, and Our finance department had made sure to accept your concerns without argument, our teams never refused nor argued with any sort of complaint sent over by you and were extremely focused on resolving the issues for you efficiently, our teams are directed to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, even if it undermines our core policies, for Web Exploride, Our clients are our utmost priority. As per our understanding, we highly regret your experience with our team and have made immediate changes in our client communication process by assigning a dedicated developer/designer to each client for daily hands-on updates and communication to maintain client comfort.

Jonathan was great to work with
Jonathan was great to work with, very responsive and patient . He was recreating a Seniors guide for me, incorporating new colors and photos and new wording in some areas. I was very pleased with the final product and will be happy to use this company again for any future projects that may come up.

Superb experience
I had a lot of snorkeling videos to compile and edit and Alex could not have done a better job. The flow of the video was just right, with great transitions and pacing. On top of that, Alex has been great to work with, receptive to requests, and very responsive. I am so pleased with how the video has turned out and I highly recommend using Web Exploride for your future video compilations.
