Very easy site to navigate and arrived in a shorter time then I expected. Prices allow me to maintain my Eye Care versus, wearing my contacts for too long. I will never purchase contacts from my optometrist again.

I ordered contacts on the 10th of November a week later I get the wrong ones, I was told as soon as I scan the package with the wrong contacts webeyecare will see movement and send out the rights ones. well no contacts three weeks later. I call webeyecare they tell me they received the wrong ones and will ship out the correct ones priority. Still no contacts. Now its almost one month later and now I have no contacts and they still have not sent out the correct ones. I will now be out of town without contacts. I guess now I will order all my contacts elsewhere and start two months in advance. NEVER AGAIN.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received your purchase. Our system shows you were emailed on November 6th to confirm the color of lenses you wished to have sent to you. We had not heard back from you until today when the delay was resolved. We apologize for not attempting to contact you again in the time since the initial email. A shipping upgrade has been applied to the order for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

I uploaded my prescription to the site at the time I placed my order. I then received an e-mail days later stating that my eye doctor didn't respond with my prescription asking if I could e-mail it. I did that and waited longer. Finally I had to inquire what's taking so long. I was told they still couldn't reach my eye doctor and they couldn't send me the contacts I ordered...only the ones my eye doctor named on the prescription which I don't like. I've never had a problem with any other online retailer reaching my doctor or being able to sell me the contacts I prefer. What's the difference? As long as the prescription is correct the contacts are my choice. Now I've wasted time dealing with WebEyeCare when I could have had my contacts by now with someone else. Nice job at losing a customer.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We greatly appreciate your feedback. We do apologize that you are unhappy with the service received. You are correct that your prescription was uploaded with your order at the time of purchase. The cause if the initial delay is that the prescription provided was written for the Acuvue Vita and not the requested brand of 1 Day Acuvue Moist. As contact lens prescriptions are brand specific we had to contact the doctor's office for permission to dispense the brand requested as it was not listed on the provided prescription. You should have been emailed or called to be informed of this needing to be done. We do apologize that our processing department failed to do this twice during the processing of your order. We will work to prevent this lapse in communication in the future. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
