I was extremely pleased with your prices and I received my order approximately two weeks after I placed it, which was okay. However, I had to contact customer service five times in order to find out the status of my order. I used email, live chat, and 3 phone calls before I got an answer. Otherwise, everything was great.

We do advise of the processing fee in our terms and conditions. Whether we have a high box price and no handling or a low box price and high processing, this should not matter as long as our total price is the best.
