No support number to call or live chat with a human! If you need help urgently - forget it. You will have to wait for houra or even days before they reply to you via email - even for premium sites! This is a deal-breaker for us, as we're used to Wix Studio where they call you back free of charge within minutes or an hour at most 24/7. WEBFLOW - you should really start offering better and instant support to your paying customers!

I wish I had never subscribed to Webflow for my website. I was sold on "webflow is the mac version of IOS"... biggest lie and webflow is crap! Save you the time and hassle. Everything is overcomplicated and worst part is once you set up everything they screw up everything on your website from time to time. It can be navigator, page movement side to side, button not working.. they do stuff like this all the time to your website after you original leave it in perfect place. I am convinced that Webflow uses lots of satanic psychology strategies against its users, etc. I wish I had never subscribed to Webflow, and I am ready to leave this hosting platform. Currently, I encourage all my clients to use other solutions that work for businesses and not some pirate system to find ways to upsell you.

Ich habe Webflow im Rahmen einer Weiterbildung im Curriculum gehabt und bin fast durchgedreht. Ich bin keine Anfängerin und habe bereits viele Jahre Erfahrung im No-Code-Webdesign. Was ich in Webflow erlebt habe, war eine Vollkatastrophe. Die Benutzeroberfläche und die damit verbundenen Funktionalitäten sind alles andere als intuitiv und einfache Funktionen, die man hinter einem Doppelklick oder Rechtsklick oder einem Menü vermutet sind in Webflow in der hintersten Schublade versteckt. Ich rate dringend davon ab, sich auf dieses Tool für Webdesign einzulassen. Graue Haare, Frust und Ärger sind vorprogrammiert.

Paid 50 dollars for a template, to find out it can only be hosted with an additional 30 dollars monthly subscription. Very dissapointed!

Absolutely shocking, can’t get website up and running using their platform. Stupidly paid for a year rather than months, big mistake!!! They now have our money and can’t ever speak or get a reply from anyone to solve any issues, Big mistake by us, DONT make the same mistake. Avoid at all costs

Surpris de ces retours négatifs sur Webflow. L'outil est très performant, fait des sites web incroyables à moindre coût. Gère toute la partie infra : diffusion, charge, sauvegardes, sécurité ... Extrêmement efficace pour un site professionnel simple :) Tout n'est pas parfait, mais extrêmement satisfait de notre bascule sur cette plateforme. Une solution vraiment vraiment top !

Webflow is fairly powerful but I have never encountered such a cumbersome and unfriendly user interface. My biggest issue is that I wanted to cancel my annual subscription (with 9 months left) but they do not allow you to cancel autorenew AND continue until your current subscription runs out. And neither do they allow you to remove your card details. So, unless you remember yourself to cancel your subscription just before the end, THEY WILL AUTO RENEW

Absolute worst support you can imagine. They claim to have live chat support, but ONLY offer AI support thru it, otherwise you open a ticket. Going on day 3 (editing to say 14 days now) with no response or follow up to the last ticket. The editor they use is clunky and complicated as hell, not something that can be easily picked up on by someone that isn't familiar with other CMS's (thankfully I am, and managed to figure it out) but the fact their claim to fame is making the web easier gets a great chuckle out of me and I'm certain other web developers as well. Their website consistently errors out with 504s forcing constant reloads, and they do everything they can to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. In my opinion, this service is only good for buying pre-made templates that can be easily edited, otherwise the money spent vs value received isn't worth it.
