Overall the whole process and experience went well. They were extremely responsive and persistent in making sure the website turned out exactly how we wanted and visioned. The pricing was more than fair compared to what some companies are charging these days. I’d use them again if needing a new website

I’ve had a great experience working with Emily. She’s been very responsive, easy to communicate with, and quick to handle updates and requests as they come up. Anytime I’ve needed changes or had questions, she’s been on top of it right away and keeps me informed throughout the process. She’s also been proactive in identifying and fixing issues, and I appreciate that she doesn’t just take notes but actually follows through and gets things done. It’s clear she cares about the end result and making sure everything runs smoothly. Overall, very professional and reliable. I’d definitely recommend working with her.

I never expected the unprofessional side of a business but this has gotten so way out of hand. They have a 100% guarantee on their advertising but fail to provide. I am now being harassed by the the agent "Shawn" who texted me at 2:30am. Calling me all kinds of insults and just unreal. I reported this company to the attorney generals office in Florida with all my emails and harassment texts. I may just put in a lawsuit for harassment as they literally steal your money, don't do what they are supposed to do, and refuse to give a refund when not 100% guarantee isn't met.
