HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Extremely Disappointing Experience. After installing the scripts, my site’s performance consistently dropped to scores between 60–70 on Google PageSpeed Insights. Without the scripts, I am scoring 90+ on the mobile performance metric. While on the customer dashboard their scores are rating much higher. I scheduled a consultation to understand what “Expert Optimization” actually includes, since clicking “Activate Expert Optimization / Step 4” in the installation process only triggered a feedback pop-up. I was told during the call that this was a known bug and that the actual instructions are located elsewhere on the site. If you’re offering a paid service, the features and setup instructions should be clear, accessible, and properly documented. To make matters worse, the consultant I spoke with seemed completely unprepared and lacking in basic customer service skills. I had already submitted the issue in advance as requested, yet the meeting began with “So what’s your problem?”—a tone that felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re going to ask for details beforehand, at least review them and come to the meeting informed.
