The service has good quality. It would have more results for customers, if each ticket could have 3 questions.

Thanks for the honest review! We ask to create one ticket per one issue because different people handle different issues, if there are for example 3 issues in one ticket, it will be very difficult to work, even the client will have a hard time understanding who is replying about what problem :-) Thank you!

Chameleon software is one of the best currently. 1) Rich features. No other provider has a comparable set of features. 2) Great support. The support is free for lifetime in a convenient ticket center. 3) Attention to details in design. It is just very well designed. I am about to buy my second license and taking into consideration the price this is the right thing to do currently.

After reading many bad reviews about Chameleon's customer support, I was a little apprehensive about buying their software. I have no idea what I am doing and knew I would need tons of help. I decided to go for it and am really glad I did. Not only is the software fun to use and customize, but their customer service has been nothing but amazing to me. Yea you might have to wait some hours for a response but, they have always gotten back to me and have always answered my questions(And trust me there is a lot!). Any issues have been fixed and questions answered. If it wasn't for the wait on the replies, I would give them 5 stars, but a solid 4 out of 5 from me for sure. Thanks Chameleon!

Thanks for the honest review! Real reviews of real clients can be found only here at TrustPilot as this is the only place where the order numbers are ACTUALLY checked. All other reviews can be written by anyone and are usually written by competition who can not write anything bad about the software itself (because it can be seen beforehand and it is great) but they can write bad things about support (which can not be seen beforehand). I bought this Chameleon script because it looked very attractive and promising and I wasn't wrong. After a while my site required me to move to another server due to it's users demand. Once I moved I ran into a lot of problems with the new server company, they didn't have a clue how to make my site work. They had me down for weeks loosing time and money. So I decided to contact Chameleon support expecting to help me. For my surprise they helped me more than I was expecting, I'm going to take the chance to mention his name as I feel very grateful about what he was doing for my site meetboo.com this guy William Nicholson took the initiative to log in to my new server with my authorization and make it work in less than one hour. Thanks to him Chameleon support exceeded my espectations. I highly recommend Chameleon scrip not just because the promising script but also because their excellent support. You won't be dissapointed.
