The equipment is great (45 w Pro), and yet I’m having serious problems with the software. Files that took 1.5 hours to process last week now say it will take 222 hours to process. That shuts me down . Anyone else have that problem? Let me know. Please

I purchase a Wecreat 45watt laser and have had it 8 months and just started using it. The wire harness frayed with only 10 hours on the machine. It comes with a back up wire harness, the first sign of issues, I replaced it as it was instructed. It is binding up and has already started to fray just by moving it by hand. Poor design, it does engrave nice but now doesn’t work.

The laser itself is good! I don't use their software, so I am not sure how that works. I create my svg files elsewhere and upload them. If I could return and get my money refunded for the fume extractor, all would be good. I can only cut for about 2 hours at a time as my eyes are so sore and watering that I have to stop.

The laser is ok. I wish it would have cut acrylic better instead of having to get. another laser

The laser machine is great but my disappointment is with the Fume extractor. That’s a total waste of $500! I’m going to post it on let Go to see if I get something for it. If not, to the garbage it goes!

The drawing/image construction provided by the program is minimally intuitive or effective. Many common drawing capabilities found in other similar programs are missing. Customer service is poor and often not helpful. Autofocus of the laser is excellent. But, I have found after purchasing the machine, that the diode laser has many deficiencies. For example, only certain acrylics can be cut successfully, most cuts are melted or incomplete. Cutting or ingraving thin wooden sheets are very satisfactory.

I like the machine works well. A lot of trial and error, which is to be expected. Customer service on the other hand is lacking. Response times for emails are long and some of the advice is not the best. I have read many posts of people having bad experiences with the customer service and have had some issues as well.
