Just started my second dog on WFR and she LOVES it. She’s stopped looking for food all day and already has a lot more energy. Delivery times are fantastic and the customer support is top notch!

The company has a great idea, but they do not stand behind their products. They offer trial boxes, but if your animal doesn’t take to the food you are just out of the money with wasted food. If you animal doesn’t take to raw food this company isn’t worth the money. You will throw $100 in the trash. My animal does eat raw and just hates this food. I tried multiple styles. Chicken, turkey, venison. Tried adding the cheese like suggested. Mixing it in with food they did already love. He picked out the old food and left this one in the bowl. I reached out to the company and they said it sucks your animal doesn’t like the food we don’t do refunds. I’d be happy to mail the food back. Instead I’m going to have to watch my money go in the trash. Go with a company that has a refund policy for their trial products.

Hi Ash, thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience with us. We do stand behind our product fully, but as a small, family-founded company, we simply cannot afford to offer refunds to every customer in the case that their dog does not take immediately to the food. Not all raw is created equal and while your pup may have experience with raw, our meals may still be different in smell, taste and texture than what they are used to. Just like humans, dog's may also have preferences and ensuring that your pup enjoys the food, is unfortunately, out of our control. We offer six different proteins in hopes that each pet parent may find an option that their pup loves and thrives on. Additionally, our team is always happy to help provide solutions based on their individual needs and preferences if there are any initial reservations from your pup. Again, we are sincerely sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with your experience with us but we appreciate you giving us a try! If you have any additional feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out. We always appreciate the opportunity to improve our customer experience.

My dog Chowder is very picky and finicky. I was so happy when I finally found a food that he is eating. And it is so extremely healthy for him! We couldn’t be happier with We Feed Raw.

All the beef packages in my delivery were damaged, and the beef was smelly and rotten. I reached out in several different ways but only received a response after emailing. The responses were templated, and while they promised “courtesy“ replacements, they did not prioritize or offer special delivery despite me mentioning I was out of food. It seems clear they care more about profit than our dogs' well-being. This experience made me question the quality of the entire service, so I canceled my subscription.

Hi Falk, we want to offer you our sincere apologies regarding the issues concerning your order and delivery. This is not the experience that we aim to provide to our pet parents and their beloved pets. Our records show that email was the only method of inquiry that we received from you and our team responded promptly, offering to replace the damaged patties with overnight shipping for the inconvenience. Our shipping schedule was delayed to Memorial day weekend, but we understand how this was less than ideal regarding the urgency of the situation. We care deeply about our pet parents and their pup's, so it’s unfortunate to hear that your experience was disappointing. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience with us as it allows us to improve our customer experience moving forward. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team regarding any further feedback. We'd love the opportunity to win back your trust.

I’m so glad I finally found a dog food my dog loves! My Gino Bambino has been the pickiest eater ever and he’s going to be 9 years old! It’s taken a while to find one he loves!

My pup is 9 weeks I've been doing half kibble half raw. He eats the raw first he loves it. I don't want to over feed him. We feed raw recommended 6 Oz some days he eats that plus 3 cups kibble. He don't look fat but his 10 week vet appt will tell. We love it.

This is the first food that Chloe has gone right to her dish and eaten all. Her favorite is chicken but keep trying the beef and turkey.
