After buying KN95 masks, I found the identical product at my local Home Depot store for half the price. Wellbefore refused to accept a return. Worse--despite covering their web site with statements that they are a family business and reject price gouging--they refused to accept a return.

I paid for "Standard shipping" and got UPS SurePost which is exactly the same as their "Economy shipping" which says ---> Shipped by UPS. Delivered by USPS. Misleading. I will not buy from them again. EDIT: =================================== As you can see from their response, they are completely clueless. I absolutely know what SurePost is. They charge you for Standard shipping and ship out via Economy shipping aka UPS SurePost. LIE to the customer ! .

Hi LK, I'm sorry this wasn't clear enough. Allow us to clarify. UPS SurePost is the system used by UPS to deliver packages using UPS until the city where the final destination is located, and from there, USPS takes the lead to finish up the delivery. This process does not affect the priority of any delivery, so if you use Economy shipping, this will take a bit longer than Standard shipping, but the process of delivery will remain the same. Unfortunately, we do not control (yet) couriers and their internal delivery processes. Just a heads up, there are sometimes random delays on the shipping carriers side. We always aim to get your order out within 24 hours but cannot control the shipping carriers transit time after that. We do know they are experiencing delays due to COVID and the immense amount of packages being delivered these days due to the holidays.
