I paid for expedited delivery
I paid for expedited delivery. Still, it was delivered too late for me to take it on my travel as I'd wanted to.

If you allow us to clarify, we try our best to prevent these type of issues, we made sure our system shows the potential ETA the order may be arriving, so our customers can prevent and know the potential day their packages may arrive. In your case, the order mentioned at checkout the potential ETA for the package to be on or before July 21st, which happened to be the exact delivery date. Scratchy masks
The KN95 masks I received were not of the same quality as the KN95 masks I was replacing (from a different vendor). The old ones had a white, soft cotton-like interior facing the nose and mouth. These new ones have the same material on the inside facing the nose and mouth as on the outside, with scratchy seams. I also found the size (medium) to be too loose, even though my other KN95s, also medium, fit well. I would not buy these again, and I'm sorry I bought so many to take advantage of the free shipping.

If you allow us to clarify at first, after doing a quick verification of your order history, you've placed just 1 order from us on your behalf. For which, we are afraid to inform we do not have registrations of purchases containing N95 masks, but just one order with KN95 masks instead. That said, if you kindly let us know the order where you receive these defectives and which order was the replacement of the first N95 masks you receive (please note the only order we see at the moment have KN95 masks only), it would help us a lot. Not happy
Not happy. The masks received were different than my first order. The packaging was in poor clear plastic with no logo. Didn't feel safe to use as the items werent concealed well. A set of masks had holes in the actual packaging and another set were way too large. They were supposed to be regular fit but were falling off of our faces. We compared to the other ones we ordered in same order just different color and the fit was completely different. We were clearly sent a larger size. Upset that we wasted all of that money because you wouldn't refund for such horrible items received. The only way to refund was for me to drag my children into a return center after packaging up. Huge inconvenience. Not helpful to the customer. Won't be ordering again.

After doing a check up on this case and the previous one where you replied reporting the masks arrived in bad conditions due shipping, we did our best to provide the return label for that order as well, however, we never heard back from you, which happened as well in this case too, and section where the masks required to be returned was not of your like was more evident this time. We are afraid that, in cases like the ones you exposed, our policies mention the return of the products is a must, and is a regular section many other retailers, like Amazon, applies so we can help out with any requirement. We are sorry if you feel returning the products back due to discomfort for a refund, exchange or credit was an inconvenience to you. We wish you the best and to stay safe.

Won’t do business with them again until they drop UPS Mail Innovations
Who in their right mind and claim “fast shipping” for these products? Well Before uses a godawful third party carrier called UPS Mail innovations. The last two times I’ve ordered masks, the tracking info goes cold and there is no movement on the product. Of course Well Before will take no personal responsibility for the terrible carrier they’ve partnered with. And they have the nerve to charge for shipping when shipping is slower than a pack of turtles. I would love to frequent this business if I knew I could rely on the shipping method they’ve employed.

Hi Marsh, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your order and the delivery time UPS had to deliver your package. If you allow us to clarify, we do ship any order within the next 48 hours (or even less), and from there it will take the standard delivery times that any courier may provide, which may vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the service our customers select, and since you have selected the cheapest option (Economy) that means UPS will use Mail Innovations, as you stated for sure, but if you needed this order to be delivered in a faster option, you can always selected Expedited or 2nd Day Air, and since we do not add any extras in shipping costs, the entire amount to pay comes from the couriers. However, allow us to correct about not taking responsibility over shipping. Since we provide a potential ETA on site at the moment of payment, and although is not on us the delay of a package once in the courier's hands, we do help our customers the best as we can with these cases, and you can always reach out to us to receive assistance. Latest Masks Stain Face
We’ve been buying these masks all school year and my kids loved them. Unfortunately, the latest kids 3-ply masks in black now leave black lines on my kids’ faces after short-term use (under an hour at the doctor’s office). They are likely effective and still fit well, but now have unpleasant side effects and I worry about what’s leaching into their skin. I will no longer be purchasing this type.

The sizing is really bad. Is there a possibility of a refund or exchange for my last order?
The sizing is really bad. The regular/ medium size is very small - even for a small face. The last group of 10 I ordered are going to waste because they are way too tight. Otherwise I like them.

If you allow us to clarify, and after checking you got both the size small and size regular, we strongly suggest that, every time our customers will select a size, to verify our sizing guide pictures which shows a quick instruction on how to make a self measurements of their faces, and compare with the masks' dimensions shown on each model and size we have available, so there are more accuracy before placing the purchase. I was disappointed that when notified…
I was disappointed that when notified my order was to be shipped in a few days, I was unable o modify its contents

If you allow us to clarify, at the moment you receive the notification your order was shipped, it means the package was already in the courier's hands so it can' be edited anymore. We always do our best to process orders as fast as possible to not make our customers wait too much for their products, and we're sorry for not being able to catch an order that is already in transit, and return it so you can make any edition, but we hope you understand we are unable to do this. Disappointed
My order was shipped promptly, but tracking indicated that it was clearly stuck in transit. Company wouldn't do anything till the required 10 days had elapsed. Once that happened, they shipped a replacement quickly. When the masks did arrive, I found they didn't fit me, too big in one direction, too small in another. The ear loops were not adjustable, which was part of the problem, and a disappointment. I'd return them if I could.

If you allow us to clarify, we ask our customers to wait at least 7 business days as this is the standard period we, both the courier and us as the company using their services, detected it takes an order to be considered as lost in transit (although some orders can arrive even after this time), and according to the carriers, due to the volume of packages they have to handle on a daily basis, some tracking numbers don't receive an update, even if they are currently in transit. After this time, we are able to process an immediate reshipment if the customer needs it, and all we ask in exchange is a bit of patience while we investigate and check with the courier.
