Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. Better yet, it can even remove you as the bottleneck of your own business.A perfect example of removing the bottleneck inefficiency is leveraging Virtual Assistants. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. How else could a business which hires mainly unmotivated high school students survive? These massive businesses understand the value of delegating to teams and, as such, they develop efficient systems that maximize time and profits.

Joining WOO has completely changed the trajectory of my business! It is the reset I've required and the long term scaling strategy I was seeking. After only 3 months I'm finally growing my team, prioritizing revenue and developing my 1-3 year business growth plan! This was the uncomfortable change I needed in order to move upward and onward!

I am a small business owner 15 years in! This has been a perfect balance between amazing content you can watch on your time and guidance from a coach. My coach, Kevin, seems to really care about my success and has given me clear next steps so I can keep focused. I feel excited again like I’m starting over and doing business the right way, with so much more potential now!

WOO is the real deal. They are providing me with information and strategies that I was able to implement from the get-go. Working with my personal coach Rob Katz has been terrific. Every time we speak, it is obvious he is invested in my success. He listens to where I am at, what I need to go forward, and provides me with the resources I need to do so. 100% recommend.

Joining Well Oiled Operations has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. The systems, the structure, and the community completely transformed the way I lead and operate my company, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without this program. My coach, Traci Dixon, has been extraordinary. She is compassionate, incredibly competent, and truly invested in my success. She meets me exactly where I am, guides me through every challenge with clarity and grace, and pushes me to grow in the best possible ways. I am endlessly grateful for her support. I just renewed my membership, and I cannot wait to continue leveling up, and to see all my amazing, badass business-owner friends at the next in-person event. The energy, inspiration, and connection in this community are unmatched. If you’re thinking about joining Well Oiled Operations… do it. It’s life-changing for your business and for you as a leader.

Great people! What I find is that more than them making me a success they help me to realize I already am. They guide me to find the roadmap to achieve my vision and or goals. They guide me to oil the operation and system so that it runs smoother. I still get to do the hard. They are there for support. If you are ducking the hard work it may not be for you.🤷♂️ Thank you Traci Dixon!

Brittany S. has been my coach and has helped me with processes and systems I didn't have before. We connected right away, and she's been a big part of my success in 2025. For my small business, it has really helped a lot. She's even worked with my team members to help them perform at their best. The workshops were great too. I attended two and highly recommend a business to attend to get out of the office to work ON your business, not just IN your business!

This has been some of the best coaching we have had over 26 years of owning a Wellness Clinic! Coach Maddie is so caring and thorough! We have had coaching before and did not see the changes we are seeing with WOO for just the last 6 weeks!
