About Well-Oiled Operations
Most small business owners have businesses that need them at all times and that can be very demoralizing because it leaves the business owner feeling stuck.WOO can help you become unstuck. As businesses continue to shift more towards online management systems, companies are looking for the perfect virtual assistant (VA) to help lighten the workload.Of course, that’s just an example. There are hundreds of other ways to remove the bottleneck. Since there are so many different options available to let go of that burden, it can feel overwhelming and intimidating. Many people retreat within their own boundaries while falling prey to the notion that it would just be easier if they did it themselves. Or, they don’t have the time to train a new person. Perhaps they find it difficult to let the responsibilities go because they have maintained them this entire time.Find the proper coaching to understand the vital role of allowing the business to work for YOU. WOO has foundational pillars that can help ease the pressing responsibilities. In it you will:Learn the 4-Step process to remove yourself as the BottleneckTurn your frustration into a system and get more consistency into your business.Make your team accountable by transferring responsibility to them.Whether you want someone to take over 5 hours worth of managing an email inbox, completing admin work or helping plan content full-time, VAs and delegating to teammates can help you get it all done.Big Businesses like Disney, Virgin, or even franchises like Dunkin’ or McDonalds are successful because they focus on their systems first. Disappointing experience with Well-Oiled Operations. The initial 1-hour sales call was fine, but their “money-back” guarantee raised red flags, given the required six-month, non-terminable commitment. On a follow-up call, we asked about being locked into six months while having to accept and implement a coach’s advice even if we disagreed. Sales said they would send the guarantee and contract language. Nothing arrived, and communication stopped. This did not meet basic standards of transparency or follow-through. Their own Head of Sales hiring pitch for closers—“plug into a high-growth, systematized sales machine and crush”—fits the experience.

Not what they tout in the sales call
Not what they tout in the sales call. When I watched the hour long live sales call, they talked about getting your time back, using tools that Stacy Tuschl herself uses.
When I got into the program, I realized that it's a very odd mix of modules and live calls. And very direct "either you do XYZ or you're a non believer in my program" rhetoric. Their one size fits all approach to business strategy, hiring and business growth is lacking in scope especially with a very fast changing economic conditions. I loved when I was told that McDonald's runs with teenagers so your food business should be able to.
If you doubt their one size fits all strategy they tell you you're unwilling to change.

WOO does NOT build Well-Oiled Operations
I joined fall of 2023, paid upfront (big mistake), and finished the program. Right away I wondered where all the workflows, templates, and models were. My review:
This program should not be named Well-Oiled Operations; that is grossly misleading. It is filled with hour-long podcast-style videos in modules that are poorly structured, with few real bridges and models to accelerate your success. It is mostly still a beta program and has a way to go before it can justify the cost of $9800 for 6 months and claim to have a proven, signature method to help people scale and get time back.
Though it had a community, I eventually cringed when enthusiastic people joined and started asking questions. They saw what I was experiencing—so much was not there. Furthermore, this program does not have a money-back guarantee (though it says it does) or a cancelation policy, and you are forced to stay for the whole six months. It is so locked up that you could never get your money back, cancel or get out.
The core of this program is to hire the right people, maintain a regular meeting schedule, and set KPIs but I would recommend that there are more experienced business leaders who have long-standing, PROVEN programs that assess where you are, what you need, and the tools and support to get you there... and are FAR LESS EXPENSIVE with cancellation options and monthly payments.. you are not locked in if it isn't for you.
I regret my choice and the significant waste of time and money here. I urge you to consider your options carefully before investing in this program. They cherry-picked the documentation I needed to provide in order to receive my money back. WOO gets to say and claim what they want.
Dave Ramsey, Marianne Page and others who are far more reasonably priced and who have way more experience helping small businesses is a better choice.
