Placed an order on October 7th. Received an email of shipping confirmation but still showing “to be processed”. No change or updates whatsoever. Was hoping to receive this sooner for our anniversary next week.

I placed my order on October 1st and received the automatic confirmation. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. The order is stuck in processing and I have not received any shipping updates or tracking information. I have now contacted customer support and set a final deadline. Very disappointed so far.

Didn't have to wait too long, Everything arrived as expected.

Not much information about the order progress but shipping was reasonably quick, given that it came from China. But the product clearly labelled as FAUX fur turned out to be REAL! I examined it VERY closely and it is DEFINITELY REAL FUR! Has all the telltale signs: tapered tips, dense underfur, no fabric but leather at the base, burns instead of melting. This is false advertising! I wanted to buy a fun toy, not ANIMAL CRUELTY! Very disappointed!

Tried to bribe me to leave a 5 star review the moment I placed my order, which never arrived after months. Customer support says it must be my fault, and doesn't care since they already have my money. I doubt they ever shipped anything.

First of all, most of these reviews can't be trusted as "WeLovePlugs" bribes customers to leave a "positive review" with "one free product from our special collection here" in their order confirmation emails. I've reported this behaviour to TrustPilot. Secondly, I ordered a FAUX foxtail buttplug because I object to raising foxes in tiny cages and giving them bloody deaths for cosmetic purposes. I was sent a REAL foxtail buttplug and WeLovePlugs lied to me telling me it was FAUX. It was obvious it was real, but to be sure I used a microscope to examine the taper of the hair, then I parted the hair and looked at the SKIN (which should have been fabric) under the microscope. It was definitely an animal's skin and was complete with loads of dander. There was no stitching or weaving which would accompany a faux product instead of skin. I wanted a fun faux product; I was lied to and given a tail from an animal that spent its live in a tiny cage wallowing in its own feces before eventually being sent to get a knife to its neck.

THIS BUSINESS USES DIRTY AND FRAUDULENT TACTICS! Don't buy anything from this business! First off, the package got seriously delayed. I spent $100+ 1 month prior to my birthday. Almost 2 months later I finally get the message it's delivered. I never received my package. Customer service is the worst. I told them it wasn't delivered and I was met with a condescending email to check around my mailbox and check neighbors doors or mailboxes etc etc. Well duh, I did that. Then they told me to go to my local post office since they were the ones to deliver it. That REALLY sounded like it's not our problem in sub text. So I went to the post office. I waited 2 weeks and well they didn't find my package. So, I tell them again I want my f***ing money back!! So the next email says to go to the post office and get some kind of form from them. WHY THE F*** DIDN'T THEY TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?? Don't buy anything from them. Save yourself this GIANT HEADACHE!
