Ich habe vor ein Woche ein 2pac metal Wandbild bestellt, das Geld wurde schon abgezogen. Das Packet sollte mit DHL kommen, aber bei der Sendungsverfolgung steht Fedex, und es wurde noch immer keine Lieferzeit angegeben. Die Lieferung sollte 3-5 Werktage dauern. Ich habe versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber nach 3 e-mails und Instagram Nachricht habe ich kein Antwort bekommen.

Hello Gregor, Due to the high volume of shipments at DHL, in some cases, we provide the shipment of products with different carriers. When I look at it, the shipment appears to be in transit and will be delivered to you as soon as possible. We will meet with Fedex on the subject and complete the process as soon as possible.

The company communicated every step of the way with the order, and where it was in shipping. I received daily texts from the shipping company on the packages transit. It came in a very timely manner. The quality of the product was outstanding. I bought these as gifts and am thinking I will need some for myself. They were packaged very well and again amazing. Thank you so much!!

I did finally receive shipment of the item ordered, on January 21 ( 4 months after placing the order ) and Welter assumed full responsibility for all the costs involved. Unfortunately, delivery was delayed many months and the box did finally arrive in the heart of winter, so I have been unable to open it, verify its condition or install the sculpture. This review has been updated.

Hello Gail, Your order at transport stage now there is not any problem. How can we help you for this issue ? If you will not receive your order of course we will refund all amount of money. But please patient for delivery. We know there is a delay but the reason is pandemic. Seaway transportation is affected.
