I have ordered 4 times from west and willow. This is the 2nd time that the color of the dog is wrong. Thus, I have had 2 VERY good experiences and 2 bad. The time and frustration of re-doing the wrong ones is outweighing the benefit.

The detail of our dogs is amazing right down to a black spot that's on my white lab's nose!! I wish I had more pictures for them to do, I love it!!

Shipping was fast and the quality was good but the picture was off center but overall great.
