I love my custom portrait. It looks great. I gave 4 stars because I also ordered a digital copy but never received it. Customer service did refund my money but I'm disappointed because it was a portrait of my recently passed dog and I was planning to make a couple of copies for my kids. This is my second time ordering from West & Willow and I would definitely order a custom portrait but wouldn't order the digital copy again

I loved how much the picture represents my dogs so well! I would have loved it a tiny bit more it the picture was a bit more centered in the frame. I would purchase again! I think this would be a great gift idea!

West & Willow did it again! They nailed the portrait of our newest puppy! Couldn’t have been more perfect. We are so happy.

I ordered two pet portraits -- one was spot-on and beautiful. The other was a bit off. I contacted support and was directed to fill out a form. Another portrait was created, and I was allowed to proof it before delivery. I am absolutely delighted with both portraits I bought as Christmas gifts. I love the quality of the work and the excellent customer service!
