We have not received our pet portrait yet. I have contacted you twice regarding the UPS tracking notifications. They state they need further address information. I contacted you regarding this notification & you stated you have complete address. However, I don’t think UPS has the complete address information.

Order a picture and the names were wrong. Sent an email with a picture of the mistake and they made it right! Fast and easy!

I have ordered 3 portraits from West & Willow. The first was amazing! The second order of two were not as I expected. However, after contacting them about my dissatisfaction, they worked with me and let me review the reproduction before resending the order.
