Was expecting a little better quality of painting.

I have ordered portraits from you guys three times now, and every time I have been left speechless. All three of the portraits are hanging in my childhood home. They are so realistic and detailed and beautiful. It’s become such a comfort and special reminder of our pets.

Great web site, easy to navigate and easy to upload photo. I haven't received my portrait yet, but I can't wait to see how it came out.

I was afraid I didn't download my picture correctly. I reached out to ask for assistance and I got a response immediately! Catherine was awesome and assured me they had received the picture. She also made sure the rest of the order was 100% accurate!!!Outstanding, I will be purchasing all my gifts from W&W going forward! So easy!

I ordered a portrait of my dog who recently passed and received the wrong portrait then had to deal with customer service who literally does not read a word you write and goes off their script. Zero empathy zero consideration. There are way too many companies who do this now to choose this one I’ll be advising everyone I can to not use them.

The corners on the frame are not close together I can see right through it. Very cheap looking and not worth the money I have spent on this.
