I love this website. It helped me find my true passion- stop motion videos. However, in order to publish more than 5 minutes in a single month, I have to pay $6 a month. It's a real hassle, but useful nonetheless.

When I first got wevideo it was brilliant, really easy to use, and I decided to pay for it, I pay each month for high grade plan. Then a little while ago they decided to change things and now its truly awful! It used to take me around 10 or so minutes to upload a video for editing, now it can take up to 2 hours! Quite often the upload will get half way through then it will stop and a sign comes up saying missing media link, clearly there is no missing media as I am uploading it, I then have to start all over again. I used to be able to edit while the video was still up loading, now I cannot drag the video into the editing bit so I have to wait, when I do manage to start editing the video gets juddery, or there will be sound but the editor is not moving along, or it will be moving along and there will be no sound. I have contacted their customer service and all they say is delete all cookies, I do this and nothing changes, but thats all the help I have been given. Oh I was told it was my internet connection, thats not right, how could my internet connection suddenly change the way wevideo works? When its been fine for the past number of years I have had the editor? I upload a video every week to my you tube channel and I used to be able to edit it the day before I uploaded it, now I have to make sure I have recorded a video and uploaded it to wevideo for editing around 4 days before I need it due to how slow they are now and the amount of times I have to keep reuploading it due to them saying missing media link! I have tried to put up with it in the hope it will change but its now time to get another editor from another company which is a real shame as wevideo was so easy to use and had everything I needed to make my videos for you tube.

We Video has been a great help in my learning experience. It has served as an easier platform to use to teach, and learn. Thank you We Video authors.

I am not happy with WeVideo right now. I keep getting a we're preparing your preview and my media won't load. I try to edit my work and the site won't let me. I want to edit my things but I'm not able to at the moment, I keep getting a loading screen saying my preview is being prepared when it's not. Please fix this issue I've been having this problem for two days now and I really want to finish my projects.

Garbage website and company. Poor software and customer service. This company only exists to rip you off. Go use another service like iMovie or Davinci Resolve for free.
