Chris was extremely helpful and professional in all of our interactions. His pricing on items was fair and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell collectibles without all the hassle of doing it yourself.

My wife and I started to save our youngest son's toy collection initially out of nostalgia and somewhat in the back of our minds a big payday someday in the future presuming his toys might become collectibles. Some 30+ years later and having stored nine different action figure collections in a variety of boxes and Rubbermaid containers, we realized we were paying nearly $2K a year for offsite air-conditioned storage to store stuff we never used. So we emptied out the storage unit and brought it all home to our garage as an interim solution. We considered selling off the collections piece by piece but realized it might take forever and it was a daunting task just thinking about how difficult it would be to do that. In perusing eBay and other collector sites, we kept seeing Wheeljackslab.com and the notation "We buy toys". I contacted Chris on his website and noted what we had to sell. Meanwhile, my wife and I started to catalog and list each collection and that was a project in and by itself. It took us nearly 20 days to identify each figure, each vehicle and match accessories to each (none of which were matched to the other). When a collection was done we took pics of the toys and sent the list sheets to Chris and he would quote an offer usually the same day or the very next day. Suffice to say he knows his toys and we felt very comfortable with the offers he made and sold all nine collections to him. As each collection shipped, he remitted a check typically within 24 hours of shipping. Chris was a godsend and true to his word. He also provided prepaid shipping labels so his quote offers were fully paid without us having to pay shipping costs - a big value add. We could not be happier with the solution Chris provided, we got valuable space back and have no complaints on the offers and payments we received. Matter of fact we are both pleased and happy to have our toys find a new collector home and the money we received is certainly worth all the effort it took to solve our issue. We recommend Chris highly, he is knowledgeable, truthful, honest and a man of his word. Dr. Bob & Terri Touro Oak Hill, FL

Wheel Jacks Lab is Excellent!!! I didn’t know what to expect when I started looking for a place to sell my childhood toy collection of G1, Transformers and G1, G.I.Joes I found Wheel Jacks Lab and they had, the best reviews, the Largest selection of the same toys for sale and made the experience easy, offered fair prices and I would recommend them to Everyone.

Outstanding communication. Very clear instructions for sending materials back to him. Easy transaction. Swift to respond. Would happily do business with him again.

Wheeljack's Lab was an awesome experience for us. Chris was great. He started the process by encouraging a trusting relationship and we built upon that. He purchased several action figure collections from us at reasonable rates ensuring we got a fair price for our items and that he could make a margin as well (keeping his business there for others). We are so glad we found him and that the toys from our children's past get a new home.

Very easy selling experience. Everything went smoothly.

This was a seamless, easy transaction. Instructions were clear and Chris' responses were very prompt. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely use this company again!
