Purchased 4 tires. 2 of them would not balance. For weeks I sent FR Balance proof. Bottom line BBWheels' return policy is written so that they assume no responsibility for products they sell. They blame it on manufacturer. I pay to send 2 tires back, IF approved for exchange I pay to have non defective tires shipped back. If not approved IDK what happens. I assume if I want 4 tires on my truck I'd have to pay to have the 2 defectives shipped back to me. Not to mention the cost of install etc. Buy from BBWheels at your own risk. You will eat 2 what you buy if there's a problem.

Gary, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced with your purchase. Please note that all warranty products are required to undergo the warranty process once mounted. Rest assured, the manufacturer will thoroughly assess the situation and ensure that any products not meeting the established standards will be replaced. Thank you, WSG
