Awesome cabin close to smokies
We had a great time in the cabin. We stayed for 3 days. It was clean, fully functional, and had all the necessary utensils and the furniture for a cozy stay.

Our stay was exactly what we expected
Our stay was exactly what we expected. The house was well kept, clean, had all kitchen items cookware utensils needed for cooking. The dock, canoe, paddle board, and lake were awesome. Quiet, peaceful space. I had a noise coming from the upstairs bathroom and contacted management who answered call and dispatched maintenance appropriately. I ended up figuring out it was coming from the insides of toilet and was able to fix myself and called back and actually got a human again on phone yay!! Great gem for family or individual.

Mansion cabin
Cabin is clean, homey, spacious, close to adventure. Has all the amenities you need. Balcony’s in each room, crisp air, comfy beds. Makes you never want to leave. Neighbors don’t bother you, and if you have a big family this is the get away you need.

Very pleasant surprise
So I was browsing hotel rooms in Baker City, OR when I got a popup ad for a Whimstay room at 1/2 price of a motel 6, and in a desirable downtown location instead of next to the interstate. I was skeptical but booked the room. I got there and opened the door with the last 4 of my phone # like their email said. What a great room with a full kitchen and bathroom. Even a charging stand for your different phones. I will definitely use this service again.

I stayed with Whimstay twice. Never again
I stayed with Whimstay twice. I did not like the search properties by map. Often properties would appear then disappear. I booked the first time and it was okay. My second booking was terrible and there is absolutely no way to speak with someone to resolve a problem. I wasn't looking for a move or money back, but it sucked the joy out of our stay not to get the reservation corrected. Never again

Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that your second booking did not meet your expectations. We make our customer support easily accessible, providing contact information in every email and text message, as well as sharing the host's contact information before and during your stay. After reviewing our records, we found no communication from you, and the host has also confirmed they did not receive any contact. We genuinely wish we had the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. Our goal is always to support travelers quickly and effectively to enhance their experience, and it's unfortunate we couldn't assist you at that time. While your recent experience didn’t go as planned, we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
