Just tried to place an order and it took the money out of my account but it stated it was error processing my card... hoping I can talk with someone tomorrow to see what’s going on.

Shontiyana Johnson How are you doing? Really sorry for the inconvenience you had to face with the order. As per our company policy we only ship it to the billing address. The error you are referring to maybe because you entered the incorrect billing address on the website as per your card company. Do call us and we would be more than happy to help you

Inefficient on processing the order. Too many steps required for one transaction. Missing information on the website, required several follow up phone calls to process one simple order.

WB has the items that I wanted at a reasonable price. Fed EX lost part of my order and WB handled the lost claim with Fed Ex and within a week sent me the missing parts of my order. My order is now complete and I intend to pass on the website to my fiends that are looking for the same and similar items. Thank you WB it is a pleasure doing business with you. Thank You, BOB

As far as the slingshots go it serves it’s purpose. It’s just a slingshot, as in any product there is always room for improvement. I personally like it and plan on ordering more.
