Wholesale Hearing DirectReviews of wholesalehearingdirect.com

After using over-the-counter hearing aids for a while, I realized that I needed something a lot more robust for my type of hearing loss. After researching both local and online providers, I decided to go try Wholesale Hearing Direct. I was hesitant about making a major purchase like this online, but my hesitation quickly faded. Mathew was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He remotely adjusted my Phonak hearing aids after i received them, and I can hear so much better now. The prices are competitive, and the customer service has been top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend Wholesale Hearing Direct.

I just started searching for hearing aids this year. I tried 3 models from different companies but finally settled on a set from Wholesale Direct. My new hearing aids are very comfortable and were well priced. One of the primary reasons for choosing this pair was the exceptional service I received from Matthew. He made absolutely sure my hearing aids were tuned correctly and could not have been more pleasant to work with in the process. I highly recommend Wholesale Direct. My experience is that you’ll receive excellent professional assistance and a fairly priced product.

Excellent price, excellent service.

Following a hearing test I became aware I needed Hearing Aids. After extensive research I decide on purchasing through Wholesale Hearing as they had good reviews and offered a very competitive price. I was further encouraged by prompt and comprehensive responses to my quires so, though with still some trepidation at completing the purchase solely over the internet, I went ahead and ordered. The whole process proved to be very straightforward, with prompt guidance from Ross when required. My aids arrived on the agreed date exactly as specified in the order and I am delighted with the result and the money saved compared to competitors. I have no hesitation in recommanding Wholesale Hearing and will continue to use them in the future.

Matt was awesome helped me get setup and fitted all from the comfort of my own home. AMAZING prices and service was quick. Less than 10 days from ordering I was already fitted and wearing my new hearing aids.

I was a bit nervous to forgo my in person hearing aid adjustments. I just had my first remote adjustment and it was very easy. Matt is very patient and is willing to help with whatever issues you have. I have been very pleased with both my hearing aids and the support I have received.

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 43yrs since I was 2. I have a moderate-severe loss in both ears. And I’m a very difficult client. I know what I want to hear and how it’s supposed to sound to me. Tired of spending $4-5k every 2 years on hearing aids. Tired of appointments and disappointments and nobody understanding. I took a nervous leap of faith purchasing the same exact hearing aids for less then half the price and I’m soooo glad I did. I’m actually mad that I didn’t do this years ago. Matt Crogan is amazing to work with and the hearing aids were 95% to my liking right out of the box. One small fix was tweaked via app and phone call right from my own home. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. I will always use Wholesale and Matt as long as they are around. Now maybe I can enjoy my $3,000 in savings on a nice vacation that I could never take cause hearing aids were more important. Thank you Matt!

Before coming in contact w/ Hearing Direct, I spoke or met in person with several online or retail outlets. ALL online / retail people provided me with inaccurate technical info about the hearing aids and / or a definite lack of product knowledge about the different brands / models. My needs for this hearing aid are extremely demanding, dependable Bluetooth streaming through my iPhone. hours of phone talk time per day and then the music streaming, in person conversations and TV. Then I called hearing Direct and Mathew helped me. I explained my extreme needs and he recommended the Phonak I90 Sphere. the purchase transaction went smoothly, receiving the product on time as promised. Several times, I have needed help or adjustments to my equipment and Mathew has always responded the same day or next business day without me having to remind him. Always providing me with clear, easy to understand answers or instructions. Outstanding service! I checked several other online sellers for the exact same item and ALL of them are at least $1,200 to $3,000 more. SIX STARS.
