THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE DELIVERY WAS AS I WAS TOLD. THE DAY AND TIME.

Package came on time. Well wrapped. Easy to order and track. Best of all was shipping free.

The tracking was somewhat confusing. My expensive filter had a small tear- able to repair with tape- and had a small crushed area on edge. Also didn't affect function, but I did wonder where quality control was. Was it inspected before shipping? I may hesitate before a second order.

Wholesale Home has good prices; however, I was trying to use the points I had accumulated. The website would only allow me to use 300 of the 1200 points that I had. So I reached out to customer service to see if I could use all 1200 points on this particular purchase. After a day or two they asked me for a customer #, or order #, to look into it. I waited for 3 days and heard nothing back. I finally had to complete the purchase, using only 300 of my 1200 points. Customer service dropped the ball on me.
